Cinnamon & Lemon Foot Soak
A soothing 20-minute foot soak to refresh tired feet at the end of a long day.

Ingredients
- 5 drops total
- Epsom salt1 tbsp
- Warm water1 cup (or fill a foot basin)
Steps

Fill a foot basin with warm water.

Stir in the Epsom salt until mostly dissolved.

Add the essential oils and swirl.

Soak feet for 15-20 minutes. Pat dry and follow with a body oil if desired.
Notes from the kitchen
Cinnamon is a warming oil — start with fewer drops to test sensitivity.
